Driving for dollars
This is why I use DealMachine. Driving for dollars is the center of the app on every plan: you add houses as you drive, with routes tracked, and you can drive virtually from the web too. DealMachine also says it has live navigation to the next property, smart lists that update daily, and caller ID and litigator flags (those are DealMachine's claims from its own comparison page). BatchLeads has a mobile app with driving for dollars and virtual driving for dollars, but its focus is building lists at a desk.

DealMachine covers the whole country, all 3,143 US counties, with 150M+ properties, 240M+ people and 800+ filters (per DealMachine). BatchLeads brings MLS data, comps, 100+ filters, list stacking and BatchRankAI lead scoring. BatchLeads doesn't post a total record count on its pricing page.

Skip tracing: credits vs included leads
DealMachine uses data credits: 1 credit per contact revealed and 1 per exported record. Basic gives 10,000 credits per seat a month and Pro 20,000. BatchLeads includes phones and emails on 10,000 leads a month on Growth, 35,000 on Professional and 75,000 on Scale, then 4¢ per extra lead.

My take
Why I use DealMachine (and when I'd pick BatchLeads)
I drive for dollars and mail, and DealMachine is built for exactly that. Adding a house, pulling the owner and sending a postcard all happen in one app on my phone. I also like that I can plug it into other tools with Zapier, the API or MCP.
If I ran a small calling team off desk lists, I'd pick BatchLeads. Three users and included contacts at $119 is a good deal, and the dialer add-on keeps it in one place.
