Is BatchLeads owned by PropStream?
Yes. PropStream bought BatchLeads and BatchDialer in July 2025 (BatchLeads blog, July 7, 2025). Per that announcement, the products still run separately, with separate logins and separate subscriptions. So you're still picking one or the other, or paying for both.

BatchLeads doesn't post a total record count on its pricing page.

Skip tracing: included vs per contact or Connect
This is the big difference. BatchLeads includes phones and emails on 10,000 leads a month on Growth, 35,000 on Professional and 75,000 on Scale. PropStream Essentials charges 12¢ a contact unless you add Connect ($30/mo). Connect comes with Pro and Elite and makes skip tracing free, then 10¢ over the limit.

BatchLeads has click-to-dial plus a Dialer AI add-on: $89/mo flat, 3 phone numbers, no per-minute fees, and its own 7-day trial. Texting runs through your own approved provider (like Twilio), and not on Growth. PropStream gives click-to-dial and dialer campaigns with Connect and doesn't list SMS on its pricing page.

BatchLeads connects natively to BatchDialer and Podio, and to Follow Up Boss, KVCore, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot and Slack through Zapier. I couldn't find a public API for PropStream.
Fine print
Trials, refunds and cancelling
- BatchLeads: 7-day free trial. Monthly plans cancel anytime with no charge for the next month, but no partial refunds. Yearly plans auto-renew unless you cancel before the anniversary.
- PropStream: 7-day trial with 50 free leads. Fees are non-refundable, and you cancel by phone at (877) 817-7377 before your billing date.
My take
My take
I use DealMachine for driving for dollars and mail, so I don't need either of these to win. If I were cold calling with a couple of people, I'd pick BatchLeads, because the contacts and 3 users come in the base price. If I were solo, pulling lists at a desk and running comps, I'd pick PropStream and add Connect once I needed lots of phone numbers.
If you're mostly out driving and mailing, DealMachine is the one I use. My link adds 50 bonus mailers and VIP training automatically, no code needed.
