REsimpli Review: The All-in-One CRM for Real Estate Investors

I recommend REsimpli. It's a quality CRM: a full investor CRM with calling, texting, list stacking, skip tracing, e-sign and accounting in one plan. Strong value if you'd otherwise pay for five tools; recent reviews flag growing pains after a big update.

Skip it if: Someone doing a deal now and then. $249/mo is a lot for a CRM you rarely open.

Is REsimpli worth it? Who it's for and who should skip it

A good fit if you're

  • Investors paying for a separate CRM, dialer, skip tracing, e-sign and website who want one bill.
  • Wholesalers who cold call and text and want a triple line dialer without per-seat dialer fees.
  • Small teams that want KPI dashboards showing which marketing channel brings in deals.
  • Anyone who wants to test a full CRM for two weeks before paying.

Skip it if you're

  • Someone doing a deal now and then. $249/mo is a lot for a CRM you rarely open.
  • People who want a simple tool. Users on Reddit call the rebuilt 6.0 version a learning curve.
  • Teams with heavy custom automations they can't afford to rebuild. Some long-time users say a big update broke theirs.
  • Anyone who needs deep property data first. REsimpli now has built-in list pulling with monthly List Builder credits, but a dedicated data tool like PropStream has more filters and analytics.
Key features

What does REsimpli do? Key features

Here's what REsimpli says each plan includes, from its pricing, feature and changelog pages. Every feature is on every plan. The full list, grouped by job, follows the highlights.

CRM

Lead management with custom pipelines

Every lead lands in pipelines and stages you set up, with tasks, Advanced Automations (branching follow-up workflows) and speed-to-lead for new inbound leads.

KPI dashboards show numbers by campaign, marketing channel, user and team, so you can see which marketing brings in deals.

Calling

Triple line dialer and unlimited standard calling

The triple line dialer calls up to three numbers at once and connects you to the first one who answers. Every user gets it, and REsimpli says there are no per-agent dialer seats.

Standard calling minutes and texts are unlimited under a fair use policy. Carrier registration fees for texting are passed through and billed separately.

Data

List stacking, skip tracing and driving for dollars

Bring in lists and stack them to find owners who show up on more than one, with unlimited list stacking records. Each plan includes monthly skip tracing credits: 10,000 on Solo, 20,000 on Team and 50,000 on Business. Plans also include monthly List Builder credits (10,000 / 20,000 / 50,000) to pull new property lists inside REsimpli.

Unused credits don't roll over. REsimpli's pricing FAQ lists extra skip tracing at 15 cents a record, but its Terms say extra skip tracing is unavailable once the monthly allowance runs out, so confirm before you plan around it. Driving for dollars is included for every user.

REsimpli list stacking screen showing owners who appear on several lists
Contracts and dispo

E-sign, cash buyer search and buyer sites

Send contracts for e-signature from the lead record with no per-envelope fee. A cash buyer search helps you find active buyers, and you can build seller and buyer websites with their templates.

That covers the basics of dispo, though it isn't a buyers marketplace.

Operations

Accounting and direct mail

Built-in accounting can stand in for QuickBooks for a simple investing business, and direct mail campaigns run from the CRM with printing and postage billed per piece.

If you already have an accountant on QuickBooks, ask before you switch.

REsimpli accounting screen with deal income and expenses
AI

Optional AI agents

REsimpli AI is a paid add-on that can answer inbound calls, qualify sellers, book appointments and follow up. Every plan includes a trial of it.

AI agents are priced per agent ($99 to $399/mo each) or as bundles ($499 to $1,299/mo), and AI calling is billed on top at $0.50 a minute. Price it before you turn it on for a big list.

The new REsimpli

REsimpli 6.0: what changed in the rebuild

REsimpli rebuilt its platform from the ground up and calls it the New REsimpli. Here's what that means for you, from its changelog and pricing page.

  • More pipelines: up to 20 lead pipelines and 20 transaction pipelines, each with up to 20 statuses.
  • Advanced Automations: drip campaigns became branching follow-up workflows.
  • List Builder up front: list pulling gets its own top-level spot, feeding stacking and skip tracing.
  • Better KPIs: compare campaigns, channels, users and teams.
  • Calls anywhere: in-app answering on the web, iOS and Android, plus a driving for dollars mode with routes and door-knock photos.
  • Connections: Gmail and Outlook with two-way calendar sync, and an Open API that works with ChatGPT or Claude.

The rollout: some long-time users on Reddit reported bugs and broken automations after the switch, and REsimpli's CEO said on Reddit that the rollout hadn't gone as smoothly as planned. If you rely on custom automations, rebuild and test them during the trial. Existing customers keep their current pricing until renewal.

  • Texting registration takes time: start the carrier registration for texting on day one of the trial.
  • Existing customers: REsimpli's terms say existing customers keep their current pricing until renewal.

Does REsimpli have a free trial?

Yes. REsimpli has a 14-day free trial on any plan, monthly or yearly. A card is required to start, and yearly plans are non-refundable once the trial ends.

Beyond the plan price

What REsimpli really costs with add-ons

Simple sums from REsimpli's pricing page. Calling, texting, skip tracing credits and onboarding are already in the plan price.

Solo, no add-ons

$249/mo billed yearly, or $299 month to month. That covers the dialer, unlimited standard calling and texting, 10,000 skip traces and e-sign.

Solo plus a partner

Solo $249 + one extra user $99 = $348/mo on yearly billing, or $299 + $125 = $424 monthly.

Solo with an AI receptionist

Solo $249 + Inbound Sales Coordinator $399 = $648/mo, plus AI calling at $0.50 a minute. 500 AI minutes adds $250.

Team of seven

Team $699 + 2 extra users at $99 = $897/mo billed yearly, with 20,000 skip traces and 5 numbers.

Is REsimpli worth $249 a month?

If it replaces a separate CRM, dialer, skip tracing, e-sign, website and accounting tool, usually yes; REsimpli says it replaces 11+ tools. If you'd only use the CRM part, a cheaper CRM may do.

Can I get a refund?

Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid month, with no refund or proration for that month. Yearly plans are non-refundable once the trial ends. So decide during the 14 days.

Pros and cons

REsimpli pros and cons

Pros

  • Replaces several tools: CRM, dialer, skip tracing, e-sign, websites and accounting.
  • Unlimited standard calling and texting under fair use, with a triple line dialer for every user.
  • Every feature on every plan, so you only pay for team size.
  • Real 14-day free trial and free unlimited onboarding.
  • KPI dashboards that tie deals back to marketing channels.
  • Support and onboarding staff get a lot of specific praise in App Store reviews, and every plan has a dedicated account manager.

Cons

  • Not cheap for a solo investor: $249/mo billed yearly, or $299 month to month.
  • A big recent update drew complaints about broken automations, bugs and a busier screen.
  • Yearly plans are non-refundable after the trial.
  • AI agents ($299 to $399/mo each), AI calling, extra users and texting registration cost extra.
  • The rebuilt 6.0 version has a learning curve, per users on Reddit.
  • Its own pricing FAQ and Terms disagree on whether you can buy extra skip tracing mid-month.

REsimpli reviews: what users say

Here's what REsimpli users say in public reviews, copied word for word with links. The first quote comes from REsimpli's own pricing page and is labelled that way. The rest are independent, and one is a fair note about the 6.0 update.

How these were picked: every quote is copied word for word from a page you can open, with the reviewer's name or handle as shown. I left out reviews that name onboarding staff (they may have been asked for during onboarding), posts by REsimpli staff or competitors, and star scores from review sites I couldn't open and check myself.

The theme worth planning for: users like having leads, calling, contracts and KPIs in one place, and the rebuilt 6.0 version takes some learning. Use the 14-day trial to test the exact workflows you rely on.

FAQ

REsimpli FAQ: common questions

Is REsimpli worth it?

It's worth it if you'd otherwise pay for a separate CRM, dialer, skip tracing, e-sign and website, and you do enough deals to use them. REsimpli puts those in one plan. If you do a deal now and then, or you need something simple, the price and setup are a lot.

How much does REsimpli cost?

REsimpli Solo is $249/mo billed yearly or $299 month to month. Team is $699/mo yearly or $899 monthly with 5 users, and Business is $1,799/mo yearly or $2,199 monthly with 15 users. Extra users, AI calling and extra skip tracing cost more. Prices can change, so check their site.

Does REsimpli have a free trial?

Yes. REsimpli offers a 14-day free trial on any plan, monthly or yearly. A credit card is required to start, and they say you won't be charged during the trial and will get a reminder before the first charge. Yearly plans are non-refundable after the trial ends.

Is calling and texting really unlimited on REsimpli?

Standard calling minutes and texts are unlimited under REsimpli's fair use policy, with no per-minute or per-text overages. Fair use is aimed at abuse like bots and spam blasting. AI calling is billed separately, and carrier registration fees for texting are passed through.

Does REsimpli include skip tracing?

Yes. Each plan includes monthly skip tracing credits pooled across the account: 10,000 on Solo, 20,000 on Team and 50,000 on Business. Unused credits don't roll over, and the pricing FAQ lists extra skip tracing at 15 cents a record (the Terms say extra usage may be unavailable until the next cycle).

Does REsimpli have AI agents?

Yes, as an optional paid add-on called REsimpli AI. It can answer inbound calls, qualify sellers, book appointments and follow up. Every plan includes a trial of it, AI texting is included in the add-on, and AI calling is billed by usage on top.

Can I cancel REsimpli any time?

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no refund or proration for that period. Yearly plans cover a 12-month term and are non-refundable once your trial ends. Get your cancellation confirmed in writing.

Is REsimpli good for wholesalers?

Yes, it's built around how wholesalers work: list stacking, skip tracing, a triple line dialer, drip follow-up, e-sign for contracts and a cash buyer search. It also pulls property lists: List Builder searches nationwide property data, including pre-foreclosures, with 10,000, 20,000 or 50,000 credits a month depending on plan.

REsimpli vs FreedomSoft: which is better?

REsimpli starts at $249/mo billed yearly, includes a 14-day trial, and leans on calling, list stacking, KPIs and accounting. FreedomSoft starts at $197/mo month to month, includes lead data, and offers a 30-day money-back guarantee instead of a trial. Test the one that fits your lead source.

Bottom line

REsimpli review: the bottom line

David recommends REsimpli as a quality product. It puts a full investor CRM, a triple line dialer, unlimited standard calling and texting, list pulling and stacking, skip tracing, e-sign, websites and accounting on every plan, with free unlimited onboarding and a dedicated account manager.

It's a real monthly cost for a solo investor, AI agents are priced separately, and the rebuilt 6.0 version takes some learning. Use the 14-day trial on your own leads, start texting registration on day one, and decide before you're billed.

Test REsimpli with your own leads

I recommend REsimpli, and fourteen days is enough to import a list, run the dialer and see the KPI dashboard fill in. Book the free onboarding, start texting registration on day one, and decide before you're billed.
