REInvest OS Review: The All-in-One CRM Built for Wholesaling Teams

A premium wholesaling CRM that runs acquisitions, dispo and closings on one screen. It costs more than most, so it fits teams already doing deals, not someone chasing their first one.

Quick answer

REInvest OS is a premium all-in-one CRM built for real estate wholesaling teams. It puts lead capture, a power dialer, contracts, buyer matching, deal pages and a TC pipeline in one login, and it connects to InvestorBase for buyer outreach. It costs from $495/mo plus a $995 onboarding fee, with unlimited users. It's new, so independent reviews are still scarce.

Best for: Wholesaling teams with acquisitions, dispo and TC people who keep dropping handoffs between tools.

Skip it if: New wholesalers still working toward a first deal. The monthly price is hard to justify before you have deal flow.

Is REInvest OS worth it? Who it's for and who should skip it

A good fit if you're

  • Wholesaling teams with acquisitions, dispo and TC people who keep dropping handoffs between tools.
  • Owners who want one login and one bill instead of a CRM, dialer, website, dispo tool and e-sign stitched together.
  • Shops that want their data moved in for them and a live account in days, not a weekend of setup.
  • Teams that already use InvestorBase, or plan to, for reaching cash buyers.

Skip it if you're

  • New wholesalers still working toward a first deal. The monthly price is hard to justify before you have deal flow.
  • Anyone who wants AI to call sellers for them. REInvest OS says it keeps a person from your team on every seller call.
  • Buyers who want years of public reviews before they commit. It's a new product.
  • People who only need a list or a dialer. A single-purpose tool costs far less.
Key features

What does REInvest OS do? Key features

Here's what REInvest OS says it does, stage by stage. I haven't run deals through it myself, so this is what they show and describe, not my own results.

Acquisitions

Speed to lead and a shared call list

Leads from your website and PPC landing pages drop into the pipeline, and a rep can claim the lead and start dialing while the seller is still on your site. The built-in power dialer works off a prioritized call list with team caller IDs.

Website and landing pages are included in the price, so the form and the CRM aren't two separate tools.

Contracts

One-click contracts, signed by text

When a seller says yes, the purchase agreement is filled from the deal record and texted to the seller to sign. Their demo shows it landing while the rep is still on the call. Assignments go out the same way.

E-signature is included, so there's no separate DocuSign-style bill.

Pricing a deal

Offer Worksheet

The Offer Worksheet prices a deal off what investors have paid for similar properties, adjusted for repairs and your profit, and gives you a number to sign at and a number to market at.

Their terms are clear that these are automated estimates, not appraisals, so you still check the numbers yourself.

Dispo

One-Click Dispo, deal pages and InvestorBase

One-Click Dispo sends a deal to every buyer whose buy box fits, builds a branded property page for it, and shows your dispo rep who opened it and who's warm with a Deal Heat Score.

Through their partnership with InvestorBase, it can also reach known investors and pull investor comps. Buyers you haven't cleared see the deal without the address. InvestorBase is a separate subscription; your own buyers list and matching work without it.

Transaction coordination

TC pipeline and the closing package

A TC checklist (welcome call, photos, lockbox, title) fills in as the deal moves, and the closing package with the purchase agreement, assignment and buyer and seller details goes to the title company in one click.

This is the part most generic CRMs leave to a spreadsheet.

Team

Live scoreboard and follow-up that keeps going

A live scoreboard shows dials, talk time, offers, contracts and fees per rep, per day, pulled from the calls themselves.

Drip follow-up keeps working old seller leads, day 3 or day 300, until the seller answers or asks you to stop.

Every feature, grouped by job

Win the seller (acquisitions)

  • Speed to leadWebsite and PPC leads drop into the pipeline so a rep can claim and call while the seller is still on your site.
  • Shared lead poolReps claim leads from one pool, so nobody calls the same seller twice.
  • Power dialerA prioritized call list with team caller IDs.
  • Websites and PPC pagesIncluded in the price, wired straight into the CRM.
  • Follow-up and old-lead revivalDrip follow-up keeps working old seller leads, and REInvest OS says it revives old leads on its own.

Price and sign the deal

  • Offer WorksheetPrices a deal off investor comps with a rehab level you pick, and gives a number to sign at and one to market at.
  • One-click contractsPurchase agreements and assignments filled from the deal record and texted to sign.
  • E-signature includedNo separate e-sign bill.

Sell the deal (dispo)

  • One-Click DispoSends the deal to every buyer whose buy box fits.
  • Deal pagesBranded property pages with Make an Offer and Request a Walkthrough buttons.
  • Buyer trackingEvery buyer on every deal has a status, a Deal Heat Score shows who's warm, and your dispo rep is alerted when a buyer moves.
  • InvestorBase tie-inReach known investors and pull investor comps (separate InvestorBase subscription).

Close the deal (TC)

  • TC checklistWelcome call, photos, lockbox and title tasks fill in as the deal moves.
  • Closing packagePurchase agreement, assignment and party details go to title in one click.
  • Automatic hand-offsDispo and TC work is handed out to the right person automatically.

Run the team

  • Unlimited usersAcq, dispo, TC and callers all get logins at one price.
  • Built for volumeREInvest OS says it's built and tested to run ten reps and more, making hundreds to thousands of calls a day.
  • Live scoreboardDials, talk time, offers, contracts and fees per rep, per day.
  • People on the phoneAI handles busywork, not calls to your sellers.

Setup, data and support

  • Done-for-you importThey import your leads, buyers, buy boxes and vendors.
  • Live in about two daysTheir stated setup time after you send your info, with a kickoff call booked right after payment.
  • Founder accessThe founder answers questions about the onboarding form by email.
  • Your data stays yoursMonth to month, export any day, and data stays available for export for 30 days after you leave, on request.
  • Safe demo accountNothing in the demo can text or call a real person.
  • Built on HighLevelTheir terms say the CRM runs partly on HighLevel infrastructure.

The math

What REInvest OS really costs in year one

CostAmountNotes
Onboarding$995 onceAccount build, import and four training calls
Monthly plan$495/moUnlimited users, starts the day you go live
First 12 months$6,935$995 + 12 x $495, before any InvestorBase subscription
Each later year$5,94012 x $495, if your price holds

REInvest OS's own site compares this with a stack of 11 separate tools that it puts at $1,341/mo. That's their math, not mine, and your stack may cost far less if you don't use every tool on their list. The fair test: add up what you pay today for a CRM, dialer, website, e-sign, dispo and TC tools, and compare.

Confirm before you pay: pricing is set on their onboarding call and their site may show different numbers. Get the monthly price, the onboarding fee and whether the money-back guarantee applies in writing.

Pros and cons

REInvest OS pros and cons

Pros

  • Covers the whole deal in one login: leads, calls, contracts, dispo and closings.
  • Unlimited users at one flat price, so adding reps doesn't add seats.
  • They import your data and build the account for you.
  • Built by the owner of a wholesaling shop, around how acq, dispo and TC hand work off.
  • Month to month, with your data exportable any day.
  • Works with InvestorBase for buyer reach and investor comps.

Cons

  • Premium price: $495/mo plus a $995 onboarding fee is a lot before you have steady deals.
  • New product with almost no independent reviews yet.
  • No free trial; you get a demo account instead.
  • InvestorBase costs extra if you want its buyer reach.
  • Offer Worksheet numbers are estimates you still need to check.
Public reviews

REInvest OS reviews: what's out there so far

It's a new product, so there aren't real user reviews to quote yet. When I searched, I couldn't find user reviews or discussion threads about it on Reddit or YouTube, or any listing on the review sites I checked. The one review listing I found, on REskout, shows no operator reviews so far.

So I'm not going to quote anyone or make up a rating. Judge it on the features, the price and their demo account, and ask them for a reference customer you can call.

Head to head

REInvest OS vs REsimpli and FreedomSoft

REInvest OS vs REsimpli

REsimpli's Solo plan is listed at $249/mo billed yearly, with plans sized for 1, 5 or 15 users and a 14-day trial per their site. It's a broad all-in-one CRM with list stacking and a triple line dialer. REInvest OS costs more, with a $995 onboarding fee, but every user is included and it's built around the hand-offs between acquisitions, dispo and TC.

REInvest OS vs FreedomSoft

FreedomSoft is $197/mo month to month or $147/mo billed yearly, for up to 6 users on its Start plan, with a 30-day money-back guarantee and no trial. It pairs lead data and websites with a CRM. REInvest OS skips the lead data and goes deeper on dispo, contracts and closings for bigger teams.

Is it ReInvestOS, RE Invest OS or REInvest OS?

All the same product. The company writes it REInvest OS, and its site is reinvestos.com.

FAQ

REInvest OS FAQ: common questions

Is REInvest OS worth it?

It can be if you run a wholesaling team that already closes deals and loses some of them in the handoffs. It puts acquisitions, dispo, contracts and closings in one system. If you're still chasing your first deal, the price is hard to justify and a cheaper CRM makes more sense.

How much does REInvest OS cost?

REInvest OS costs from $495/mo with unlimited users, plus a one-time $995 onboarding fee that covers your account build, data import and four training calls. Pricing is set on their onboarding call and their site may show different numbers, so confirm before you sign. InvestorBase is a separate subscription.

Does REInvest OS have a free trial?

No. REInvest OS offers a live demo account instead: you enter your name and email and get a demo pipeline with a guided tour of one full deal. Their site says it's a demo account, not a free trial. You can also book a call with their team.

Does REInvest OS work with InvestorBase?

Yes. REInvest OS partners with InvestorBase and connects to your InvestorBase account to reach known investors and pull investor comps. InvestorBase is a separate subscription. Your own buyers list, buy box matching and One-Click Dispo work without it.

Is REInvest OS good for solo wholesalers?

It can work solo, and the company says it handles the busywork a team would do. But the monthly price is built for a business with steady deal flow. A solo wholesaler doing a deal now and then will usually get more value from a lower-cost CRM first.

How long does REInvest OS take to set up?

About two days, according to REInvest OS. You pay the onboarding fee, fill in a short form about your business, and they import your leads, buyers, buy boxes and vendors. The monthly fee starts the day your account goes live, and setup includes four training calls.

Can I cancel REInvest OS and keep my data?

Yes. REInvest OS is month to month, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. The company says your pipeline, contacts, buyers and numbers belong to you, and you can export everything any day.

Does REInvest OS use AI to call sellers?

No. REInvest OS says it uses AI for busywork like contracts, follow-up timing and handoffs, and keeps a real person from your team on every seller call. If you want AI voice agents calling sellers, look at other CRMs.

What is REInvest OS built on?

REInvest OS's terms say the service is built in part on third-party infrastructure, including HighLevel for the CRM, plus property and investor data providers and phone and SMS carriers. The wholesaling pipelines, Offer Worksheet and One-Click Dispo are their own layer on top.

Have you used REInvest OS yourself?

No. I haven't run deals through REInvest OS. This review is built from their website, pricing, terms and a search for public reviews. I'm telling you that up front so you can weigh it, and so you look at their demo account before you buy.

Bottom line

REInvest OS review: the bottom line

REInvest OS is a premium, done-for-you CRM for wholesaling teams that already close deals and lose some of them in the hand-offs between acquisitions, dispo and closing. Unlimited users, one login, and setup handled for you are the draw.

It's not for someone chasing a first deal: $495/mo plus $995 onboarding is a real commitment, and there are no public user reviews yet. Use the demo account, get your price and the guarantee confirmed in writing, then decide.

See if REInvest OS fits your team

Look at the demo account or talk to their team before you pay. If your deals keep dying between the signature and the closing table, it's worth the look.
