Chasing those shiny objects keep you stuck in a loop of unsuccessful activities based on false promises of easy riches.

Purchasing their next high-ticket info product simply puts you deeper in debt and further from your real goal of achieving financial freedom.

Why am I putting out this course for free?

Simple…
I've built a successful wholesaling business along with a couple of internet businesses, and I have achieved a level of financial freedom that allows me to live comfortably, travel, and spend time helping others achieve their dreams.

This is the point where most real estate investors get greedy and begin to sell the "how to make money flipping houses" dream, followed by the $995 to $30,000+ courses via psychologically persuasive sales videos, webinars, and elaborate hotel ballroom presentations. 

I'm not greedy, I don't want a Lamborghini or Learjet, and I don't need your money.

I'm older than most of you, and as I get older, I have different priorities, and now my goal is to simply provide a nice life for my family and to be known as the guy that taught you how to wholesale real estate with no strings attached.

This course, my videos on YouTube, and all my content are designed to give you all of the 'how to' knowledge you need to build your wholesaling business.

I genuinely believe, at this point in my life, that feeling fulfilled is more important than commas and zeros in a bank account.

I receive great personal enrichment from the feedback I get when I'm able to help people escape their 9-to-5, fire their boss, wholesale their first house, and start to build a lifestyle they dream about...

You see, it wasn't long ago that my wife, our three children and I were living in Florida, and I was making great money as a mortgage loan officer... then the housing market crashed, and we lost everything in 2008.

We lost the house to foreclosure, the bank took our cars, I was flat broke and we were massively in debt. I got lucky and found a job working the midnight shift as a security guard so I could buy groceries to feed us, things were grim to say the least.

Our families were up north in Michigan so we decided to borrow the money for a rental truck and make the trip back home so we could be closer to them for financial and moral support. 

Believe me when I say at 40 years old starting over and asking people for help wasn't something I'd planned. It was equally as devastating to my kids and wife having to pack up and leave their friends and lives behind.

Once we made the journey back to Michigan, I found a job performing occupancy inspections on bank-owned properties. The pay was only $4 dollars per inspection, but I was doing around 1000 of them per month, so it was helping us dig out of the financial hole we were in and things finally didn't seem so grim.

Although there was a downside of driving to 1000 houses per month...  it was putting a ton of wear and tear on the used car I had bought.

One day while out working I had the thought "If I could just find an inspection job that paid a little more I wouldn't have to drive to as many houses to make the same money" 

​So that night I jumped on good ole Craigslist and started searching the job listings.

There it was, a posting by a real estate investment company looking for someone to inspect houses they were interested in purchasing. Now I wasn't a "professional" property Inspector, but I'd worked on houses as a young man, I'd been a realtor and mortgage professional so I thought maybe I could bluff my way into getting this job.

I replied to the ad and a few days later they contacted me, I went to meet with them and to my surprise they sub-contracted me to inspect homes for them at $150 per inspection. (ChaChing!)

Fast forward one year, I was doing the same type of inspection work for other real estate investors and one of them approached me about rehabbing houses for his company.

​Never one to walk away from a challenge I let him talk me into it, and through trial and error I taught myself how to find good contractors and I put together several rehab crews that I kept busy for years.


After I'd rehabbed well over a hundred houses I was feeling a little burnt out, and that's about the time someone had mentioned wholesaling to me, so I started looking into it...

Now I'd been in real estate for years, I'd been a licensed realtor in Michigan and Florida, not to mention a great career as a mortgage professional. Yet I kept thinking with real estate wholesaling I was missing something.... Would this really work? Do I have all the pieces to the puzzle?

Like most of you, I had people tell me to jump on YouTube, but half the videos were trying to get me to buy a course, and the other half didn't give me confidence that the person knew what they were talking about.

Although I did find a few I found helpful, I still had that feeling in my gut they weren't giving me all the information I needed.

That's when I took the next logical step... I bought a wholesaling course, and then another...

Honestly, both courses kinda sucked and in both cases, I had fallen into the trap of expensive "guidance" of fake gurus.

So I set out on my own to figure out the business, and through hard work, perseverance and determination I found what worked and what didn't, and I am excited to share all of it with you in this free course.

It's been a long journey, but years ago I had a vision of the lifestyle I wanted, and I've worked hard to get here.

Listen, I don't drive an expensive sports car or fly from coast to coast in private jets, but I am debt free, we live in a great house, and I can fly back to the beaches in Florida whenever I have the urge.

Today I can wholesale when I want, work on my online businesses and truly live the life I envisioned years ago.
