- Sign up for deal machine using The Wholesalers Toolbox Link
- Download the Chrome Extension
- Pick an area on maps and start driving! Keep track of the streets you've completed so you don't cover the same area twice.
- Follow up with your leads via direct mail immediately within the app. Make sure you have the Street Pic add-on enabled to populate virtual D4D property pictures on your mail.
- Skip trace and call your leads. Call anytime the sun is up. Make your calls the first thing you do during the day. The opening line during your phone call should be “Hi, is this (NAME)? My name is ____ and I’m calling about (property address). Do you own it? Would you consider an offer on it?
- If they say yes, close it over the phone. Here’s an example of a DealMachine member closing a D4D lead on the phone. (He made $20k).

- Post a job at onlinejobs.ph for $4 an hour. This should generate 100+ applicants overnight!
- Give job applicants a task, so you don’t have to look through their resumes. The task should be: “sign up under my DealMachine account and add 20 properties” for Enterprise Plan members. (If you don’t have the landing page that comes with Enterprise, tell them to email you a word doc with 10 screenshots of “run down houses” near XYZ area.)
- Speak with the first 3 people that complete the task successfully. Choose your favorite and hire them for 20 hours per week.
- Add the chosen one to your DealMachine account as a DealFinder, if you haven’t already.
- Have them download the Chrome Extension to add properties. (Give them this instructional video)
- Give them an area to look for properties. If you don’t know where to pick, use this trick.
- Set key performance indicators. Have them email you at the beginning and end of each day what their goal is, and if they accomplished it. The goal should be at least 20 properties per hour.
